MINIMUMS/PREPACKS

The Honey B minimum order is $300.00(USD) and $500.00 for international. Honey B is sold in pre-packs on a scale of 3=S, 3=M, 2=L and for plus sizes: 4=XL, 2=XXL.

3. Net 30 (on approved credit only, after 3 initial COD shipments)

SHIPPING POLICY

All accounts in good standing will be shipped on the dates specified. If for any reason we cannot ship the order 100% by the due date, for your convenience, we will automatically backorder the balance unless requested to cancel the backorders. Unauthorized returns or refused shipments are subject to a 15% restocking fee & shipping charges.

RETURNS & ALLOWANCES

Returns are not accepted without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns maybe subject to a 15% handling and restocking charge. All valid claims of any shipping errors or defects in merchandise will be handled and corrected promptly, to your complete satisfaction.  ALL CLAIMS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF GOODS.
